Please start your comments with the words “I object….”.
“Copy and paste” or “template” objections (using the same or similar wording) are rejected by Planning Officers so don’t “count”. Objectors should use their own words and possibly object on the aspect that most concerns them e.g. drainage/flooding, road safety, environmental/nature impact, type of housing etc
Help spread the word and getting others to object
Possibly join in the leafleting local houses with information
Possibly contributing funds to pay for professional advice such as a planning barrister
